萊普特MK3000E酶標儀，是對酶聯免疫檢測（EAL）實驗結果進行讀取和分析的專業儀器。酶聯免疫反應通過偶聯在抗原或抗體上的酶催化顯色底物進行的，反應結果以顏色顯示，通過吸光度值的大小就可以判斷標本中待測抗體或抗原的濃度，吸光度，陰陽性等。

The MK3000E microplate reader is a specialized instrument for reading and analyzing the results of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) experiments. The enzyme-linked immunosorbent reaction is catalyzed by an enzyme coupled to an antigen or antibody, which reacts with a chromogenic substrate. The reaction results are displayed in color, and the concentration, absorbance, and positive/negative status of the antibody or antigen to be detected in the specimen can be determined based on the absorbance value.

    This product is widely used in applied research in biology, agricultural science, food science, and environmental science. Especially in recent years, due to the extensive application of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits, the use of microplate readers has become increasingly widespread.
